    Router attack

It's a port scan. Computers on the Internet use TCP/IP which uses an IP address like 69.7.226.79 and then individual ports which you can imagine as windows on the side of a hotel. There's a lot of them so that traffic can flow through any window, most of them are shut but some windows - or ports...

    Montecristo D LE

WTF? Who the hell is selling the Gran Reserva's from the dinner????????????? The holograms are placed on only in Cuba, which fits, but usually not inside the box. I don't recall the D's package and whether they came in the cardboard or not. What's the serial number and box code on the D's and...

    '08 Smokes

08 is really looking like a great vintage, I think I'm going to end up buying a bunch of boxes of basics I already have, just to put them down. The LE's were above par as well, not all of them but the Cuaba's and Monte's were way above normal par for an LE in my opinion. Of course this year...

What's your most prized cigar(s) in your humi

So wait, your username is BMW but you haven't bought one yet? Man, that's rough. PM me when you get hired again and if you need any help finding one cheap. I've bought a few and out here on the west coast you can rape the dealers and BMWFS right now. Anyway, I don't have much that I'm saving...

    Where did the beetle go?

After you freeze them and return them, there's a sticky beetle attractant pad that I remember finding in Cigar Afficinado a while ago. It attracts them out of where they are and they get stuck. So put that in your humidor and if it's all clear then you're good to go.

    Cohiba Gran Reservas

Didn't they say 5,000 boxes? The book humidors were 1,000 boxes, at the same price/stick as the book humidor, I see these as being very available, still six months away though?

    Rare, Collectable & Hard-To-Find

He actually talks all sorts of crap about a source in the profile of his first account and then says: "BEWARE of ...... They sent fake Partagas and Cohiba's. Why does this site run their ads? Anyhting for the advertising buck I guess." Now that's balls!

    I'm shopping for a gun

I read through this a bit but didn't find any reference to whether or not you had children in the house. The only reason I ask is basically whether overpenetration is an issue. i.e. if someone dodges left and you shoot them at an unintended angle could it go through a wall towards a child. Or...

Thoughts and Prayers to Oakland Police

I've been seeing this trend slowly emerge with three strikers and it disgusts me. A couple years back it was a gang banger in San Diego, Camacho iirc? Was this a three striker? Any CA LEO know the answer? Gun in car of course, out on violent crime so if he had one extra prior he's walking into...

    New Cuban Warranty Seal

Yeah, to stop parallel importation. I can think of one source that's going to be particularly upset by this development. The idea is that they have vendors selling stuff at prices they don't agree with but other vendors in the same country can't figure out where their supply comes from. This...

    To all my Italian-American brothers

Yep, second generation from San Diego. Family came over from Palermo through ellis island. San Diego has a very proud Italian history that culminated with the US taking the majority of the Italian tuna boats in WWII and scuttling them. Then in the 70's they ran Interstate 5 through our...

    Montecristo Sublime EL

It's really an amazing cigar. That review was dead on as well, I was thinking all of the same things with the spice and the kick. Although I can't write reviews that well, Greateful1 really nailed it. I love the kick, when I get a great cigar like that with that kick I know I can set it down...

Xikar hygro accuracy VS. Wal-Mart hygro. accuracy

Has anyone ever found a reason to use a salt set-up over a Boveda 75.5 or is it just a matter of using what's easily at hand?

    Storing Boxes in Humidor

That's exactly it, keep them in the boxes and check occasionally to eliminate the beetle issue. You can also freeze them and keep the temp below 70 for over a year, but mainly it's best to keep them in the box and watch the box occasionally. Cigars also age better long term in their box, but...

    Case of the X Edition

It's a rip off at 210 as well! There are so many good sampler deals out there right now as well as box deals, 210 could go a long way. And 300 even further! Habanos is starting to do more and more of this stuff, even the travel glass tubes are pricey. Of course, I'm speaking too soon, wait...

    Cuaba ELs - Mold -Yuk!

didn't I see another case on here somewhere of a box of moldy cigars from a known vendor in the past month or so? Probably has a whole pallet that was stuck some place at the distributors. That doesn't even look like 75% to me it's so bad.
