Ed, I'm feeling your pain. The vinotemp/coolerdor/desktop are busting at the seams. Would you stop running those group buys - i've resorted to ziplocks with bovedas!! You'll love Tim's shelves - they look great/very functional/and really helped stabilize the humidity in the vinotemp.

We had about 1 1/2 inches of snow when I woke up yesterday, but by the time the afternoon hit, the snow had all melted - some crazy weather for sure!

I placed an order with Bob 2 weeks ago - the anticipation is killing me. He is a great guy to work with for sure!! You'll love that Black Walnut - it's absolutely beautiful. I wanted it except it wasn't a match for where I was going to put it :(

My father had his gallbladder removed as well. You'll probably have what they call a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (surgeons will also tell you that there is a possibility of an open procedure if they are unable to take it out via the laparascope). In other words, they'll use special scopes...

There are some members here who are great retailers and offer great products/service - Keystone_raider (Jim) and Uptown_Isy (Israel) are 2 great people I've had the pleasure to deal with. Also purchased from Tower Cigars (NorCalMark) and had a excellent experience as well.

I agree - the Xikar digital hygrometer is a nice way to go. Rod was selling a 2pk of hygrometers in the retailer section (not sure if he has any left) for a great price. They are a 2-pack - but you'll be needing another anyway one once you fill up that 100ct humidor!!

I've found the marketplace to be a great place to find singles. I've noticed in my short time here that there are a lot of very generous members who offer newbie sampler packs (variety of quality smokes at a very good price).

Have to agree with the above - i'm a complete newb and am already thinking about another vinotemp.
