Ok, so I guess I will be the first Newb to write a response. The reviews section is extremely useful. I am still trying to figure out the different flavors and spices in cigars and the reviews really help out. I can smoke a cigar and find a review of Greg's or Charles' and compare. Awesome...

I like the idea but I think the holes may be a little too big. Maybe make the horizontal (or vertical.. ha!) wider. Giving the holes a more of a rectangle look. Air would still be able to flow through very well but it wouldn't provide such a large hole. Just my 2 cents!

Well you have to calibrate the digital as well. So if you haven't that yet I would do that. Also, I have never been able to get an accurate reading from an analog. One should be good, I would actually just use the digital one. If it is actually at 67, that will be fine. From the sounds of it...

I personally like the pretty box sitting on the dresser! But now that I have that I will go for a nice tupperdor once my pretty box is all filled up. Either way you decide to go, git what works for you. Besides, what is inside is the most important. :thumbs:

A buddy of mine made one of these last time I was over there. He just cleaned out out with soap and water, put a sponge in a baggie and put it in the bottom. Then he just placed a couple pieces of cedar in it with the cigars. Worked for him the entire deployment. Good Luck!

I received a few items and probably the best is the new Humidor that I got! But the greatest gift was the kids face with the simple gifts they received. It is amazing that we can spend hundreds of dollars on bikes, fake cats and games, but it is the 5 dollar gift that amazes them the most...

To find what I like I started buying samplers. It helped me narrow down my tastes a little. Once I found some that I liked I then started looking at cigars with the same profile. Good luck!

The Tat and the 26 are amazing smokes. The My Father I didn't think was all that great. It was good but top 5, probably not IMO. Haven't tried a 45 or the La Aroma.

I have actually been looking at this one for a while. I would love to know how the seal holds 6 months to a year form now.

Bought a box of 75th Anni Montecristo at a local Montecristo event. These smokes are awesome!

Today was an Ashton ESG Robusto. It was amazing! Just wish they didn't cost so much. Saturday, I smoked 2 Montecristo 75th Anniversary Robustos. They were so good I bought a box!
