Isn't the reflexive action of your eyes amazing? Even though it's only natural to look at the dead center of an object I find my eyes immediatly and unconsciosly moving towards the bottom of the picture.

I would switch out the grate. That porcelain will probably eventually chip off anyway. I have a 4 burner Weber with the stainless grates and get a great sear. If you really don't think the grill is working up to par don't hesitate to call Weber support either. The stainless steel burners...

Prices are definately good, I just don't really think those are "Below-Wholesale". I think it's misleading to say they are.

I'm tired of resolutions I can't ever keep...so this year I plan on: - Eating as many Trans fats as I can stuff down my throat - Smoke more cigars - Drink more booze - Become even more short tempered I have high hopes on being able to keep these resolutions! :D
