Absolutely. I enjoy a cigar MUCH more when I'm not sitting out in the rain or snow and away from the 100 degree heat or sub zero temperatures. Around here, the conditions outside are only ideal for smoking a cigar about half the year. Not to mention, the atmosphere of a typical cigar lounge...
