    My guess...It measures some sort of strength, like the strength of a signal. B stands for one end of the scale, H for the other and the numbers are the relative strength.

    I'm suspicious of sites like this. I think they can put you on various email, mail and phone calling lists (even if you signed up on the national do-not-call list) because you voluntarily gave them some info.
