What about just using Spanish cedar trays? If they fit and you are set on having cedar, it's a pretty cheap option. Personally, I just have spare boxes in my wineadoor, and soon will have one Spanish cedar drawer for singles that don't fit in boxes.

I have been wanting to try infusing vodka with fruit. I want to try oranges but I'm not sure how it will turn out. I only drink vodka in Black Russians so I want to try something that will go with the coffee taste of the Kahlua. I'm not sure oranges would be the best thing but it's worth a shot...

    I've made brownies and devils food cake both from scratch and from box mixes. The cake usually turns out good both ways but the brownies are always really heavy. I'll have to make them from scratch and make this. I don't get to have dessert a lot.
