A lot of them have the reputation but not the quality. I'm always wary of spending my money on Cubans, because they're simply not as reliable as other cigars.

Well, I like Cubans, but I think a lot of them are over-rated, and I certainly wouldnt put myself in that position, especially when there are a whole lot of very decent alternatives out there.   I dont know what the penalties are exactly but I hope I dont find out through personal experience.

Well, for what its worth, the forum is great - shoutbox or no shoutbox, new skins or old skins   I havent come across anything that has prevented me from enjoying the forum. Maybe I missed something, but all seems fine to me.
