ouch. at least you got to try one, though. you never know. sometimes the you get the unexpected; a great smoke, worth every cent. sorry, man. (forgive me for sounding sympathetic, for you sounded a little disappointed!)
padrons are mediocre for a cheap cigar. opus definitely suck ass man. they really make me sick. i've had some from different batches, too, so i can really say that i didn't just get a bad one. they really do suck ass.
i agree. they have nice construction. sh#ty draw, and dull taste, but they look pretty. i prefer the cigars that taste good, especially over the cigars that try to hide their poor taste behind pretty wrappers and 30 dollar price tags.
i've had the air catcher. actually, i smoke lars tetens le proxenete on the golf course all of the time. never really smoke the little guys, but they're worth a shot for me once in a while.
believe it or not, i have had several opus x #2's and i'm sorry to say that even though they are some cheap assed cigars, i'm sorry i spent my money on them. with all the hype behind them, i thought i'd give em a try. i thought i was going to puke. guess that'll learn me, huh?
i prefer the genuine hand rolled cigar to the machine rolled cigar mainly because you never know what was on the floor when they swept up the scraps left over from the premies. the draw is overall inconsistent, i've found, and the construction just doesn't cut it. think about it...would you...
