    NewAir AW281E just arrived

I paid about $250 on amazon for mine. As for the motors, some people have not had any problems and it last them years, others not so much. I went with 281E because it had slightly better reviews. The difference between the two models is the 281 is an inch wider and longer(or deeper) than the...

Saw this video on youtube.. freeze cigars?

I wouldn't freeze any cigars unless you know you have a beetle problem. 4-5 days in the freezer than 4-5 days in the fridge then back in the humidor. This isn't a guarantee that the beetles won't come back but I've done it with success...so far... Beetles are the reason I'm moving to a wineador.

    Central Florida Herf

I hadn't refreshed the page on my phone as I had to pause to deal with work. When I wrote that I was under the impression he wouldn't be back until the 23rd. Got it! Sorry you can't make it, I forgot that you're in Gainsville, that would make sense why you would want to do weekends :). If I...

I'm down for that but I leave for Colorado on the 23rd. I haven't been to the downtown Corona so now is a great time to give it a shot. I'm a little bit more flexible during the week, evenings, but I'm sure I could make some weekends work. Just let me know what day you were thinking.

More than just Seasonal Mood Disorder?

Do you have any cedar shelving in the cooler? I'm assuming you have some cigar boxes in there. It could be a couple of things. Some of the moisture maybe adsorbed by the wood or your cooler could be leaking, maybe through the drain plug? It seems like you have plenty of beads in there so I doubt...

Are limited/Specialty cigars worth the price of admission?

I agree, I collect to store and age. I've actually read that some people collect just to have them and not smoke, which i don't really see the point in, but to each their own. Often I end up sharing a good portion with friends and my dad. I enjoy smoking a cigar with others for the camaraderie.

Are limited/Specialty cigars worth the price of admission?

I think the price isn't as important as topic. I just put it in there because that's what I pay. I should clarify that I do like the collection of cigars in order to age them and I only buy what I like in boxes. I really do like Fine & Rare's but I wonder if some of it is due to their scarcity.
