Yeah, had that same problem with a few perdomos, it won't be a big deal unless the wrapper falls off around the cap and your lips end up being on the binder, I freaking hate that. As far as the taste of the smoke no biggie.

There are so many ethics violations on capital hill, however, this is just the one the media decides to put the spotlight on because he is the house majority leader ( and a republican).
