    QDO GC: First smoke

Make sure you calibrate your hygrometer. While 67 rh is too high, it could even be higher. To lower your rh with Climaxx beads use a hairdryer. As far as your '04 QDOs, they probably do need some time. If you're looking for something on the mild side, try the Diplomaticos. Its similar to the...

    $215 for RyJ Churchills ISOM

Good deal on a very good cigar, but imo these definitely need some age on them.

    Saint Louis Rey ?

Odd choice for a first box, they have a very distinct flavor profile. You would probably be better off with a sampler.

    Bad ISOM experience thus far

From what I've been reading, the '04s are smoking great right now. I haven't had too many, but I am enjoying some '04 RASCC.

    Bad ISOM experience thus far

Two possible reasons for your bad experience. How were the cigars stored? Habanos smoke best at 65 rh. You might want to run the salt test to calibrate your hygrometer. Also, you didn't mention the years of the cigars that you smoked. Personally, I don't really enjoy them unless they have some...

    ISOM newbie.

I like the Por Larranaga, you probably won't be able to find them at a decent price, except maybe the machine mades. Habanos are good either very fresh (within a couple months) or after some age. Though I hear the 04s are smoking very nicely, I haven't had too many myself. Partagas, Ramone...

    Satellite Radio

I guess that's why Howard fell behind them in ratings for NYC before they were fired.

    Satellite Radio

XM has Opie and Anthony which is a much better show than Stern, imho.

    H. Upmann Magnum 46

Normally I always go with the aged cigars, but the 04 Mags are smoking so well right now, this is a tough one.

    Satellite Radio

XM, Opie and Anthony are great, if you like that type of humor. I don't have satelite radio, but I listen to XM through my PC.

    Partagas D4s

I like them, just make sure you get them very fresh, around 2 months old. These go through a long and nasty sick period.

    Half Life 2

I have put a few hours in so far and the game is absolutely amazing. Graphics, physics, sound, gameplay are all top notch. Hope you have 5.1 surround sound, makes a huge difference. I am playing it on what I consider an average system, 2.0 ghz, 512 mb ram, ATI 9800 pro and its running pretty good.

    New Cabinets!

Does anyone have any experience with fresh Por Larranaga PC? I've only smoked one and it had quite a bit of age on it. But it sure was good. The other two smoke great fresh imho.

    Puter help

I second Newegg, I buy all my hardware from them, low prices, great customer service, and fast shipping. You still haven't said if you are a gamer or not. If you are not, IMPO its just a waste of money. If you are, its a pretty good card, but I prefer the ATI 9800pro over it though... I have a...

Do you do any 3D gaming: Far Cry, Doom 3, Painkiller... If you don't then you won't notice a difference between your current card and the 5200. The 2D might even be better on your current card if its an ATI.

    Puter help

You can use pc3200 with your system, it will only run at 2700 of course. I wouldn't suggest mixing the pc2700 with the 3200 though. That graphics card is fine as long as you don't plan on doing any serious 3D gaming. Really, you could go with just about anything if thats the case.
