    Another vote for a coolidor

    just to chime in, i had a 70 can cooler in my basement a long time ago filed with important papers and the basement flooded with 3 feet of water. needless to say the cooler actually floated! so all my paperwork was saved. so with that anyone want to test there coolidor in a pool...... hehehe :)

    so do you spray the beads before you put them into there container or after? Plus i also heard that using gloves while handling the beads can help so that any germs/mold does not get transfered to the beads from your hands, not sure if that is over kill though.

    yea that is what I was thinking. it just looks more classy, like cigar smoking is seen by most people, and going out tp the garage or basement to grab a few smokes from a cooler might make people wonder. This is why I grabbed a nice 100 count desktop humi and will not buy anymore, from now on...

    no tupperware, that's why they are in zippies, and freezer ones at that so they are sealed up better. I'll check the water level in the bolw I put in there to give me an idea on how far it is along, it could need till next week to finish seasoning for all I know....

I started the seasoning on tuesday, and the replacement hygrometer will not be here to mid to late next week. Will it hurt the cigars if I put them in the humi now even though...
