I am kind of a newbie, so here it goes. Is it really necessary for all of the interior of a humidor to be Spanish Cedar? If so, why? Just curious, especially since I will be hopefully buying (another) one soon. Thanks.

Met up with Carps at Mahogany last night. As mentioned, I am really into craft beer. Anyway, Carps is also a great guy, and was very welcoming (I am a newbie; even gave me a gift, a little Montecristo which will probably be perfect for this afternoon; thank you). I will try to be there again...

Romeo y Juilieta maduro reserve and a Shipyard Bluefin Stout. A full body cigar with a not-so-full body stout (as stouts go). Seems to work well though.

I am definitely partaking in this. However, I will not be able to take the whole day off, but half a day is still enough :thumbs: BTW, I am a Philly noob. I definitely plan on joining folks at Mahogany (both days), but only if the weather is bad. Anybody care to make "fair weather" plans...
