As usual, very nice review
I am actually not surprised by the lack of spice. If the Regios Reserva and Noella Reserva use the same or similar wrapper as the Frank, I didn't find much spice in the Frank. I realize these are different blends, but for me, this shows how much a...
Very nice review. I haven't smoked one yet, but several of my friends who already started smoking theirs all said the last third was just incredible. It's not that they didn't care for the first half or 2/3, but they clearly thought it finished better than it started. I found in interesting...
Same cigar twice, absolutely brilliant. Well played by everyone involved. As I said before, this has been an absolute pleasure to follow! Thanks to all involved
I should mention that my intention for pointing out the ebay reference is merely to indicate that at those prices, ebay is a more suitable forum, not CigarPass. A guy can sell his cigars for whatever he wants - on ebay though! Not trying to come across as the price police here as this is not...
Great review, thanks for sharing. The 46 is my favorite Anejo, hands down. The 2008 46s out of the box had a bit of a different taste, and not in a bad way at all, but I smoked one on Sunday and it seemed to taste more like an Anejo again. I recall someone on the board here specifically said...
Just hopped over to ebay and what do you know, a guy from Missouri is selling Anejo Sharks 3 for $99 there too..... :whistling:
Edited to add: and BTLs, Hemi SGs, etc.
This really has been great to follow! A big thanks to Andrew for putting this together and thanks to the participants for providing some great reviews. I look forward to reading about number 11!
Most of the time I just drink water while smoking a cigar. If I reach for an adult beverage, it will be bourbon, rum or scotch - neat. Unless the bourbon is George T. Stagg and then I allow myself two small ice cubes!
Regardless of whatever you think about Canseco, he certainly shed a lot of light on steroids in baseball and while some people thought he was talking nonsense about the number of players using drugs, his statements over time are beginning to take on more and more credibility.
Regarding Alex...
I admit, that even though I am still "stuck" in the 80's and early 90's heavy metal genre, Neal Peart is tough to beat! I got a chuckle though seeing Chuck Biscuits get a vote - certainly not a household name but he had some good years with Danzig.
I tried the SG and have to say, it was a very unique cigar. As Andrew has taken steps to kindly point out, it sure seems like it is the AF13. I only smoked one of those a while back so I can't say whether or not it tasted the same, but I will say I remember the 13 being unique and not like any...
