Dry firing is a great way to improve your skills. The Laserlyte gives you the ability to visually see how your mechanics effect shot placement. I picked mine up for around $75 but with the current state of things the listed price isn't terrible.
Hoppes for cleaning heavy fouled barrels and then CLP for storage and protection.
For actual lubrication I use PennzOil Platinum synthetic, 5w30. Picked up a small dropper bottle and am happy with it.
For reference I'm shooting mostly polymer framed pistols, ARs and modern shotguns

I would suggest checking State requirements for underground storage tanks before you bury a propane tank. Underground storage tanks usually require an annual inspection and many suppliers will ask to see your inspection cert before the fill it.
