At least a week before smoking. After I rewrap it I let it sit in a dry box for a day and throw it in the humi.

Thanks gents. Enjoyed a nice walk in the park with the lady this a.m., just started the BBQ and plan on spending the afternoon with some fam and friends under some 65* weather. Couldn't ask for more. :D
