THE CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED.
Ok, I have counted the bands and here are the results:
There were 208 actual pieces, 23 of them being a secondary band like “Edicion Limitada” or “Double Espresso” etc. Leaving 185 Bands + secondaries.
I am going to accept both numbers. I wouldn’t feel right about...
Why nicaraguan cigars? Do all taste great? NO! Are there great nicaraguan cigars? Yes. Padron for example. Are all cubans good? NO! I only care for a few brands myself. It is all a matter of what your tastes are. I would just as quckly reach for a Padron 1964 as I would a Bolivar. A...
Wally hygros are just as inaccurate usually. I have 2 and they sit out in the garage for decoration. Just spend the 20 bucks and get a real hygro and be done with it. If you end up using heartfelt 65 beads, you may not even need a hygro if you want to save $.
Keep them coming guys, I am probably going to end this contest very soon. Sometime this weekend.
Remember, you can have another guess if it's a new day.
That video was excellent. I don't understand how so many people don't get it.
Now, onto the pass:
Jake, thanks for letting me play bro!

Man, the post office really bent me over and gave me the business! I didn't think the box would fit in...
Cigar packed towards the center. I think is was pressing up against the hygro. It has kind of a round dent. Again, still perfectly smokable, I wouldn't stress.
Pass inspected, everything is good but there is a bit of "package pressing" to #47 near the head....nothing I would be concerned over, I would still take it if it was in my plays.
PM sent to guns&cigars.....
I could have this out and rolling tomorrow....
If you do this and you want to travel south of the Academy about 2 hours, let me know, we'll herf.
As for the Taurus, I have owned a few. Let me say this. I don't own any anymore. I don't know how their recent product has been, but my experience has always driven me away from them...
After 2 ½ years, I have finally reached 1000 posts, and this officially is post #1000. I try to make my posts count and have always averaged 1.2 posts per day, whether I’m on CP a lot or very little. CP is blocked at work and with a wife and a 1 year old, I have been on much less lately.
So...
You're right.....it corrodes. Aluminum oxidizes or corrodes, it's not actually rust. Though if you've ever scratched your 'aluminum' pans, you've probably seen them rust. I am not sure all pans are 100% aluminum. Would he really want to take the chance?
The black tape/bead bag suggestion...
Guys, I have revised my P/T to remove the Davidoff/RDC. I agree and have no qualms about pulling it.

You may want to think about changing from the aluminum pan to some sort of glass or ceramic dish. Aluminum may rust over time, lending a potential catalyst to mold. I found a nice square glass serving plate at Wally World for a few bucks for my Vinotemp.
Well then, since this thing is going to be here with a quickness, here are my proposed P/T’s for review:
T 14) Sancho Panza Molino (2003) P 87) Bolivar Coronas Extra 1998
T 23) Avo 80th P 88) AF BTL
T 48) Davidoff LE 2007 Puro Robusto P 89) Opus X Reserva D'Chateau 2007
T 78)...
