Alright guys, the final details are updated to the first post!!
I was supposed to have a meeting tonight with the Manager of the cigar club, but he had to cancel due to a private wedding party.
However as you can see the original post has been updated with final details for the menu, payment...
A couple more I just thought of are the Sancho Panza lines. If you like maduro wrappers try the SP Double Maduro in a size you like. Retail around $2.50- $3.85 a stick.
If a natural wrapper is more your thing try the SP Extra Fuerte line. Pretty much in the same price range as the dbl maddies...
Dunno what your "low end" price range really is, but you may give the RP Edge Maduro a try! Also the CAO MX2 is a good buy. Both are pretty much full bodied in my opinion. Both can usually be had for under $6 a stick (at least here in Missouri). Give these two a try, for the money they are...
Thanks! I was pretty happy with how it turned out!
As far as the sensor is concerned there was no scientific reason for where I mounted it. I just figured the middle of the unit and probably fairly distant from the cooling plate would be fairly representative of what the temp inside boxes etc...
Cool! Got you on there Tony!
Brad, not really sure how I feel about opening it up to be honest. And I don't mean that disrespectfully at all. My original intent was to just get the KC CigarPass forum members together to hang out and bond a little bit. Have some food & smoke some cigars. The...
Those conn mad tips are sure interesting! Combine that with the explosion of spice you get when firing up dbl ligero and I'm thinking you will probably have a nice, very distinct profile shift. Would have been neat to have made the head end a bit longer on the mad wrapper to change up even more...
Just wanted to once again give a big THANK YOU to Loren!! It was cool hanging out with you and Tony again on saturday! I thought I would post a pic or two to show off the goods to those that were interested!! Unbelieveable prize for sure!
Here a couple shots of the goods:
Well I worked on the cooler some more today. Took some pictures and thought I would share them.
After you talking about wiring in the Ranco unit permanantly, I started thinking about it. While I decided against cutting the factory power cord, I did decide to go ahead and afix the Ranco temp...
Here are the pictures for the wiring of the Ranco ETC111000 Digital temp controler. I thought I would put these up for others in case they were interested.
Here is the label from the box for the Ranco ETC:
A pic of the unit wired. I used a new 20' outdoor grade extension cord to set it up...
When I first got started around christmas last year, I was smoking 1-2 a week. Since joining CP and my interest and enjoyment has climbed, and since spring/summer came upon us that has climbed up to pretty much 1 a day during the week, and usually a couple over the afternoon/evening on the...
I got the Ranco ETC111000 unwired, it saved me around $30-40. It is pretty easy to wire up. Yes you could wire it in permanently to the cord on the cooler unit itself, but personally I don't see any difference in wiring it in that way, or wiring a plug in into the ranco and just plugging it in...
Damn Alan, thats no good! I went ahead and wired and setup the external Ranco temp controller I got so if I need I can just plug it in and go.
I am still using mine unplugged. I have filled it up with empty boxes to get some s. cedar in there. Had an A/C problem with the house unit, so for a...
The La Mancha is in fact a Double Maduro (DM). 5 1/2x44
Company Line:
"Each Sancho Panza Double Maduro cigar is made with a specially selected, extra-dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a smooth Connecticut Shade binder and a premium blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos...
La Mancha is my current fav! Double Maduro, dense packed nice burning. Usually atleast an hour and a half smoke which I didn't expect out of the size, creamy smooth but still flavorful, and priced to kill. Locally around $3 a stick! All of the double maduro line are great but the La Mancha is...
