I hear ya, It was a steal.  I ended up buying 4 boxes of 6.  I have to say I have grown an appreciation for it.  It is a damn good table wine.

This has been my experience with the montes as well. I usually bring them out when I want something real good but, have found myself stranded withe a plugged monte 2 on too many occasion.
