We use these in the race cars but for the horns. Works well. It's always a chore buying them at Auto Zone because the young little shits behind the counter are too young to know what they are. I usually order them for cars my Dad had growing up.

I always buy in my B&M. Sometimes I bring one of my own, usually on a special occasion. Like the Packer playoff game I brought in a big fat Opus. My B&M does not even have Opus.I made sure to buy a few sticks before leaving.

I've tried the grill method for health reasons of course. Eff that. They are chicken wings for crying out loud! If your oil is hot enough you get very little saturation. I get almost as much oil/ shortening to fill the container when it cools as I did when I started.
