You bushcraft? Awesome! I'm just getting into it myself... Been a long time backpacker.
You could even place a damp cloth (such as bandanna) over your humidor, which will cool it via evaporation. Honestly though, I wouldn't stress it. I'd be surprised if you ended up with mold or beetles...
Can't say I'll miss her, as obnoxious as she is....damn!
Got home from work at 0830 this morning, and promptly collapsed into bed. A couple hours later, my wife wakes me up holding a bunch of boxes and saying, "Hey, this all came for you..."
You all are amazing. With everything that's been...
I wouldn't worry. Just use boveda's like other folks suggested, and a good sealing container. It wouldn't hurt to keep it out of direct sunlight inside of a tent or something. Even putting it in a small depression in the dirt or under trees makes a huge difference if you really feel the need.
Despite everything going on with the wife's job, there's also always good news to look forward to. Today we finally found out what we were having, and now I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival in October of Remington Anthony Quarto!
Only scary thing is the kid moves a LOT. My mom laughed...

Damn, I envy you!

Thanks all. We already were tightening our belts, guess we will really be cinching them down now, lol. She just came home, and told me now they are offering severance packages to anyone who will take them, and that they want to cut 75% of their people so they can replace them with minimum wage...
