According to the govee i have in there, it’s staying right about 63%, and 71 degrees, i think that’s pretty close to perfect. Thanks for the tip on the govee @BlindedByScience 👍

Older model. Fantastic construction, perfect actually. More straightforward than anticipated, lots of cedar, some creaminess, few other glimpses of flavors that eluded description. Very pleasant, not complex.
