Stinky tofu is awesome! :thumbs: Except none of the restaurants I know in LA make it that good. If you ever go to Taiwan, you should try ma-la stinky tofu, literally translated to numbing and spicy stinky tofu! It can come with coagulated duck blood if you like! Great stuff! :D
