Done.
I voted because your's contained bourbon and cigars.
That chick is killing everyone.

Earlier in the episode, Tyress refused to kill a zombie on the train tracks, so Carol had to do it. The camera paned on the zombie's hand, showing a pair of hand cuffs on her. It also looked like half of her face was blown off. Was that zombie Andrea? Maybe an easter egg planted for fans?

One thing you might do, if you haven't done so already, is to invest in a nice hepa filter for you HVAC and make sure to change it regularly. This did wonders for me when I moved to the south.
Don't forget how humid it is where you smoke. In Texas, I tended to store them a bit on the wet side for me (65%), but that changed when I moved to Mississippi. I had to drop my coolidors down to 60%-63% because of the humidity. Hell, during certain points of the year, even dry boxing them in...
If anything, Cuba has been too inventive over the past 10 years. Prizing limited and regional editions over traditional cigars, that are usually cut. Every time I see a list of discontinued cigars from Habanos, it's like all my favorite cigars suddenly became the hot blonde who runs uphill from...
Belicosos are really hit and miss. I think the most enjoyable box I can recall was a box of the RyJ Belicoso. Really an amazing cigar. Consistent, woodsy, and pleasantly complex. Very different than the others mentioned.
I did 4.5 miles and burned 1060 calories today!
Diet has also been adjusted to around 2300 calories per day. Amazingly, I can eat up to 2900 to 3300 calories per day and still reach my goal of losing 1.7 pounds per week.
Already beating my goal. One month down and 11 pounds lighter.
Best...
I was a fan of monte #2s back when I smoked, but I never felt like the ring gauge matched with my tastes. If only they hadn't canceled the Partagas Connoisseur series . . .
Yeah, I dunno about this . . .
Ebola is one the least understood 'new' viruses, with only Marburg being more mysterious. There's a lot of doubt about the virus surviving in a first-world country.
But I guess it is one more reason to be a Dooms-Day Prepper. :whistling:
Thanks guys!
I will have to invest in a HRM. Before so I think I'll try and get a clearer sense of what my resting metabolic rate is based on my current weight and age. My goal is to lose 1.7 pounds per week, which will hopefully improve my heart and overall health.
I've been hitting the gym a lot lately and the elliptical is my favorite machine for cardio, but I'm concerned that the amount of calories I'm burning isn't accurate. I follow the prompt and enter my weight and age for accuracy sake. Each time the machine says I end up burning a little north of...
I have used a compressor type fridge in the past alongside a thermoelectric wine cooler. The compressor can work, but as you noted, it does require quite a bit of planning. Compressor models generally bring down the temp rapidly, thus it's best to only keep them running for a short while. I've...
Guys,
I appreciate all the advice. John, getting to a healthy weight is a goal of mine, and it would reduce the overall risk for stroke, which is what the main issue I have to be concerned about with afib.
I'm going to have to modify a great deal of life beyond smoking.
Thanks, BBS. I wish that just quitting would make it go away. Something is wrong with the electrical wiring of my heart. My first episode was back in 2008, and I've had them once or twice a year since then up until last year and the start of this year. Now it comes every couple of months. I'm...
It’s been a little over three months since my last cigar, and the reason for me leaving my favorite hobby behind announced itself (again) this morning. I woke up with a racing flutter in my chest. My resting heart rate jumped around from 120 to 160 beats a minute. Afib. This time it only...
