I think the Coronados from Litto Gomez are great smokes in the larger rgs. The lanceros have been a disaster for me. The dark wrappered ones especially so.

As for cedar sleeves. It all comes down to personal preference. Like you, many of the guys remove to sleeves to reduce the risk of mold developing. I however store my cigars between 60-65 rh, so I always leave the cedar...

No doubt in my mind that you're looking at a mold outbreak. Still, if all the sticks look like the one you posted a pic of, just wipe them off and store them in isolation of the rest of your sticks. They may turn out fine. IMHO, they still look perfectly smokeable...at least by my standards.
