From this I take it's essentially the same blend, just in different vitolas, can anyone confirm or deny this? This was my first eccj, and have yet to have an epernay, but if it's the same blend I can't imagine I wouldn't like it...
Well now that he's going, I'm not! :sign: Ironically enough my boss convinced me to work tomorrow night because he doesn't know how to make a schedule and is short staffed, it doesn't actually have anything to do with Brandon! Hopefully they don't sell through all the Monte Carlos...
Smoking an Illusione eccj and am very upset because I have now found ANOTHER cigar that will have to be put in the regular lineup. Damn you Jake for putting this in my newbie sampler!
In all seriousness this is a great cigar!
I paid $50-55 for the Roubsto tin when I bought it (can't recall exactly how much) and I paid $12 for the #4 and the #5's that I bought. A lot higher than MSRP but I was so shocked to see them at the B&M and it was an impulse buy..
To my limited knowledge this is typically called "tunneling". One of the causes for this could be a cigar that has dried out and then been re-introduced to humidity. This will result in the wrapper being more damp than the interior of the cigar which then results in the "tunneling" effect.
Brian, I know I don't have to tell you to smoke something good because I am sure you have a few lined up for a special event like today. Smoke your best, and have a great day, you deserve it brother!
I had a Pontiac G6 GT and I LOVED that car! Everytime I see the G8 GT I wish I had the money to afford one because IMO they are fantastic looking machines. I'm sad to hear that they are getting the axe, but to be honest, when I have the money, I'll probably buy a used G8.
Smoking a Padron 2000 Maduro with a glass of Dewars White Label. The Scotch is O.K. and to be honest the cigar thus far isn't much better. I've had a few out of this box that have been great, but this one is a bit bitter unfortunately. I'm not going to put it down yet, let's hope that it...
Frank, I'll probably be there to see what kind of deals Tom is running on those Monte Carlos. Those are some pretty tasty sticks, last time I talked to him he said he blended them to "mimic" the Padron 2000's. I've had a few of the Robustos and man, are they tasty!
