Does Stag allow you to bring in your own to smoke? Assuming of course that you purchase something there anyway. Does the Broadmoor have a smoking lounge anywhere on premise? Are there any other nice comfy cigar spots in the Springs?

Ill be the first but I doubt the last to encourage you to try some of the Various Don Pepin cigars - the black is very good IMO. In addition, I am enjoying Cabaiguan Belicoso Fino's (although some seem to be underfilled) and also Brown label Tatuaje's...namely the Noellas and especials.
