Speaking for the factory where my cigars are made...YES. They're the highest paid rollers in Honduras and treated VERY well. FYI, The Honduran Gov't is raising wages by 50% this year - good times.
I really hate that "old guard" Fuc#*g BuLL$h*t attitude. That's one of the reasons I went out on my own. In a lot of these older shops, the staff is so jaded and poisoned that it rubs of on the everyone else they come in contact with. You really don't find this with any of the younger owners...
