I could see some truth in that statement. IMHO, only about %25-%30 of the product that comes out of Cuba I consider to be "world class" cigars. The same can be said of the DR, HON or, NIC. The rest are about a B--,C+ or below. I like cigars from everywhere because they represent the taste...

Thanks for the comments. I just got back from Miami and addressed a few concerns including the occasional draw issue with the "prototype" robusto you've smoked. That particular cigar has about 7 months age on it. The full line producion will have a slightly darker wrapper i.e. colorado rosado...
