Ditto man. While I love a great Herf as much as the next BOTL, a good 80-90% of my cigars are paired with books for quiet leisure time. I'm not home right now but I can already think of a half-dozen or so I'd like to put up for grabs.
Great Idea!

Search Yeti Games on the board or in a browser. This is an adaptation of just one of 8 (then 5) games in the Yeti Games series that went arount the boards a year or two ago.

You'll see me again...it may be in 10-20 hard labor after I put some of the idiots at school out of my misery, but you will see me again eventually.
In all seriousness, I'm guessing August, but I hope to rip free for a weekend in Apr before I go back to play in the desert.

OPFTH is always a great idea. I have an address for a bunch of guys in Iraq I can PM you if you like, or depending on the timeline, I'm going myself first week of May, so I can hand carry them if you want.

It's been a while, but last time went home to visit I went to a shop in Birmingham (15 and Woodward). Haven't been home in a while though. (nearly 2 years)

Most of those I have seen for years - originally as "You know you are a Michigander if" but they apply fairly evenly across the greater Great Lakes area. It goes well with this one...

Godwin's Law - By Mike Godwin (1990)
I remember the early days of this on usenets and BBSs back in the early 90s.
Fairly humerous and relatively accurate. Good video.

This is really old and has been circulating for years. Also, I think the 55% thing is wrong and just a new addition. Far more than 55% can read the text. This is also the key to fluency in a new language - you have to be able to read the new language as words instead of letters (the compiling...
Jun 2003. I was in Korea when a friend found out he made MSgt. Across the street from our hotel was a place called Smoke n Darts (left side of store - cigar shop, right side all dedicated to steel tip darts, which is big in some Korean bars (esp where foreigners go). He showed up in the lobby...
Not really a computer RPG or MMORPG type. Don't own any systems except a very old GBA and GBC. Last system I purchased was N64 adn I donated that to AADD 3-4 yrs ago. I normally play single player PC games but do have one game I play online (prepare to laugh) MtG Online. Handle same as here...
It's not that the fillers are different, it's the ratios change (same tobaccos used but ratio may vary).
Not sure about this one - I doubt the blends differ from say An Opus A and an Opus xXx, but the ratios are definitely different, profiles are slightly different and the xXx is the stronger...
Hey, my trip moved forward, so I should be able to swing up this year in Aug (should be home late Jul).
I'm sure it's an all-that-can-make-it thing. As for Hotels (see Erick's post) I drove up to visit Erick not too long ago and I-40, just south of his place had a Holiday Inn and a few...

Friends ask you to help them get started in "The Hobby."
Your wish list is for aged cigars because you can't keep them long enough to age them yourself.
You mail cigars to yourself when you travel becuase your travel...
I'm due back from Iraq o/a 20 Aug. Hopefully it's after that so I can finally make one of these!
Erick, you're adding a pool now? Wow.... gonna teach the doggies to swim too?

What a great thread and great inputs. Alot of my favorites are already listed and I'v notw got a new "to read" list going thanks to the other posts. In an effort to minimize duplication, I add in no particular order:
On Killing and On Combat - Grossman
Go Rin No Sho (Book of 5 Rings) -...
