Over the last year, I've been picking up several outdoor activities/hobbies. Bought a mountain bike, been trail running, wife and I hike and I'm currently researching kayaking, and wanting to take my wife camping. Her version - holiday inn. Mine - Bear Grylls. We'll meet in the middle. "Ok...
Where do you think you're going? Nobody's leaving. Nobody's walking out on this fun, old-fashioned family Christmas. No, no! We're all in this together. This is a full-blown, four-alarm holiday emergency here! We're gonna press on, and we're gonna have the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing...
Anyone remember Mickey's Christmas Carol or am I high?
I see Mickey's Once and Twice upon a Christmas all the time but never the Christmas Carol. Where do we think Scrooge McDuck came from?
I'm hoping that my wife's second husband has more money to take care of her, and more time to enjoy my stash.
I'll just have to put in my will that my wife is required to keep the humidity and temp right and do regular checks for pests...freeloading friends excluded
Thanks for the replies guys. I don't think I ever stirred the coffee during the steeping. I just left it, pressed it, and drank it. The stirring might redistribute some of the oils and top foam for a little "truer to the bean" taste.
I'll have to get a burr grinder too! Thanks again.
Just curious as to how you guys brew your coffee. I've been using the french press but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or not. Do you get fancy or just use the good ole' auto drip wal mart special?
My wife bought me two about a year ago. I smoked on after I took the bar exam, and the other a couple years later on our anniversary. Both great times, both times I was glad she bought them and not me!
That was....amazing  Moki, every time I read a story of yours, I'm taken back to Gordie and Lardass from Stand By Me.
You can't make this "shit" up. Keep em coming!
Al you're killing me! I would love to jump on this but I just hit you up last week on another great deal. By the way, I got the shipment, thanks.
I love my Xi2 and would love this one....maybe next time!
Sounds like a great idea. I've heard that the off ramp from Interstate 4(?) gets backed up around the Ybor City exit. Any advice on how to get there any faster? I'm really looking forward to the whole trip and I can't think of a better way to get it started!
Wow, what an awesome thread!
My wife and I are headed to Disneyworld again this March. We're landing in Tampa late afternoon on a Wednesday and renting a car to Disney.
If you had just one night in Ybor City, what would you do? Starting with dinner, cigars, maybe a drink or two before...
