i have them at 67-68%, they really shouldn't be swollen. could just be a lumpy specimen? has a few big veins. guess i'll toss this one in the dry box and see. 👍

i'm pretty much in the same boat. did the bar band thing for several years. accumulated a basement full of gear to the point where i had a functional working studio down there. the band eventually went their own ways and then a failed sump pump during a deluge caused a flood that trashed most...

i'm still partial to an early morning no. 2 :D

decided to finally try one of these today. allones superiores TUA ABR 20. pretty good. nutty, subtle leather. will definitely get better with time.

the idea of generational bias crossed my mind as well, but really wasn't trying to start a bass off <tho that could be fun> . based on shows you've seen <avb> i'd say you have about a 10 year headstart on me. so far everything has fallen into the rock/blues/metal genres, so there's a lot more...

i caught him while still with soundgarden at the roseland in nyc, hmm late 90's, don't remember what year. great show. i hung in the bar down by the left side of the stage and stood at the door way to the bar most of the time, which was about a foot and half in front of the left speaker stack...
