What do you mean by "Where to Start"?
You said your collection is gone. I would start at cigars you remember enjoying.
Also, I keep about 4-6 good size desktop humidors going for now. Your coolador set up sounds like it should be ready for as much coin as you want to throw at it.
Cellophanes are not always the best indicator. I've noticed cigars stored in humidor with glass doors tend to have "yellower" cello than those that are not.
The bands are great examples. Especially if the manufacturers update them over the years.
Cocks and gators.... Sounds more like a Spurrier fan. :D He was a pretty good player/coach, so I don't have much fault on that. And yeah, you know sometimes I get excited and start making words run together.
Had my first AF DC Personal Reserve tonight. A fair amount of tar towards the end...

I've got some Jalapeno pickled eggs if ya'll want some.

I would say the AS and the 20th share similar flavor profiles, but not well aged regular Opus. I'd trade an AS or 20th for a +5 year old Opus any day. The Maduro, Forbidden, and Oscuro lines blow the AS and 20th away at these price points.
Also, I noticed a bit a tar, which I would attribute...
