CdM is always excellent IMO. Noel Rojas is kind of like AJ Fernandez on a smaller scale. Prior to opening his own brand, he consulted with others on helping them blend their unique, special releases.
They are good; I tried them all with the suggested pairing. You are basically paying for them shipping glass bottles full of liquid--lot of weight. Not to mention, the extra packaging cost of protecting those items from breaking. I recommend them, although I don't think its an everyday thing.
