I'd start with the Ramon Allones line. Start small (RASCC) and work your way to large (RAG). Then San Cristobals and everything these guys said. With the money you are looking to spend you can get 2 boxes of great sticks.

I got that email also. Paypal has been good to me so I didn't do it. I use paypal selling dogs and buying cigars and vise versa. I don't feel like they have ever done me any injustice to warrant a lawsuit. If you guys get some money let me know how it goes.
