    5 Vegas Gold

Ring Gauge: 50 Length: 50" Filler: a blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran Binder: Honduran Wrapper/Color: Conneticut Shade. It's a nice golden hue that matches the golden band perfectly I'm not usually into milder cigars. I generally prefer something that is bolder and more "in your face". So...

    Acid sub-culture

I've had a couple different cigars from Drew Estates and outside of the Natural line, I didn't really like any of them. I think they go a little overboard with there infusions and it kind of sounds like that's what happened with this one too.

    Gran Habano #5 Rothschild

Sounds really good. I think I'll order some of these when I get paid again.

First time poster, noob smoker...a few questions and introduction.

Try the 5 Vegas Gold. They're about $3/cigar and have a nice mild creamy flavor, some hints of sweetness there but not too much.

    Frozen cigars

They were actually a gift (cigar bomb, I believe is the term ) from another member here... ::::EDIT:::: ...so I can't actually say.

    Frozen cigars

Add them Frozen? I don't have to worry about them ruining the other cigars in my humi?

    Frozen cigars

So UPS decided to deliver some cigars to me today. Since I'm gainfully employed, I was not home at 09:00 when they were delivered. UPS, decided to just leave them on my back steps. Not normally a problem, except it's currently around 18 degrees in Baltimore. My cigars are now frozen solid...

    Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner

You know, I never really gave it much thought, but I the last couple of bottles are always my favorite. Perhaps this is why. I did try ageing them last year for about 6 - 7 months. Not so great when opened. They lost most of the hoppy flavor.

    Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner

It's an aquired taste, that's for sure. You have to really like the Hallertau hops because that's 95% of the flavor.

    The weather...

Unless you live in the city and you realize that none of the houses here have chimneys and it's actually someones house on fire. That tends to kill the moment.

    Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner

You won't anymore. Every store by me is sold out. I get the Sam Adams news letter and they announce roughly when it will be available. At that point I go to my favorite liquor store owner (great friends with the guy - he actually stocks stuff because I ask for it) and I ask him to give me a...

    The weather...

It's about 18 but 1 with the windchill here. Where do you guys smoke when it's this cold? A jacket + space heater outside didn't work out as well as it sounds, and I'm pretty sure my landlord will kick me out for smoking inside.

    What do you do?

Well, until this morning I was a government contractor working with The Office of Child Support Enforcement doing IT work. Mainly supporting something called The Federal Parent Locator Service. But basically running a piece of software called Connect:Direct. However, it turns out the...

    Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner

Today is a sad day in deed. Winter is firmly smacking Baltimore around and my favorite time of the year has officially ended. I took at trip just last night to the local liquor store and was told that my all time favorite beer is finally sold out for the year. It truly signified what a sad...

    Prohibition Porter

If you count Bmore in that metro area then I'm going to have to give it to Max's Taphouse. Not only do they have 300+ bottles and 75 taps, but next door is a cigar smoking area. Damn smoking laws made it so you can't do cigars in the bar anymore. I stand corrected. I thought that was all alcohal

    Prohibition Porter

As far as I know, you can't legally do that in Maryland. Maybe someone in DC or the surrounding area can help you out.

    Screen resolution

At home it is. At work, where I do most of my browsing, I'm pretty sure anything above 800x600 will make the monitor blow up.

    Prohibition Porter

This was a review I wrote for another site a while ago and I don't have any pictures handy. Then there's also a slight work problem too. Almost 100% of the picture sites (Flickr, photobucket, etc) are blocked by the work firewall so I can't find any pictures of the stuff. I'd like to, but I'm...

I've heard other people have had problems with "painted" cigars, but I've never had any issues with black fingers smoking mine. These seem to be hit and miss - some people like them, some people think they suck. I know, I'll be buying another bundle when I finish off my last two.
