After that BS slashing/CC call on friday, I almost put my end in the mail....what bull!!!
Jim, I thought you were a stand-up guy, and after all this anti-flyer talk, i'm going to have to reconsider!!
ya know, it was the kind of stupid 'emergency' that tied me up for 3 hours over NOTHING, and just wasted my entire day.
maybe a certain opus whore wouldn't mind trading some power rangers for a mini-smoke sampler ???
a further maybe: maybe you can let me help plan your next herf in lower...
Tried to end the night on friday with an '06 RASS, but it was plugged, and as much as I tried to free it up, nothing would help :(
Had an El Principe yesterday morning, and didn't smoke the rest of the day.
Today, an 02 Fonseca, that was a wonderful mild smoke. Good flavors, and very mellow.
That is the truth. The CCs will be a little more difficult, but the NCs I plan on trying them. I'm working on doing a little 'guide to small cigars', setting a size limit, and trying simply everything out there, in a reasonable price point. It'd be great to smoke a Siglo every morning, but...
+1....EWWWWWW
Look at what a bunch of strokers we are!!! Marco, I was going to PM you, as my morning got rescheduled for me, and depending how that goes, my afternoon may have too, so I as well am out for the ride. Good thing we didn't get 20 posts saying 'HEY, we'd love to take a ride with...
Finised Tuesday night with another Fuente Chateau Rothschild maduro. It was two days old from the B&M, and MAN was it wet. Burn issues galore, and not nearly as good as my last one. Rock-a-bye baby.....
Yesterday morning, I shared my first power ranger with my mentor in the car biz, and...
Given that this seems like its turning into quite the large event, and many of us have never met before, any thoughts on 'Hi My name is' badges so we can write our handles on them?
I've had Palm Treos for nearly 6 years (Treo 600, 650, 7XXp, centro). All with PALM OS, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I spent over $500 (with a 2 year contract) on my first Treo, and haven't looked back. The Palm PRE is due out in the next 2 months (supposed to be the first serious...
Thanks for all the tips guys. I'm going to make a list of these, along with every CC petit corona, and start a reference guide. This should get interesting...one of my CC places has PC sampler packs :D
Plymouth Meeting Mall. little bit closer for both of us, and a better chance of grabbing a cup of coffee than at the park. Either way, it doesn't matter to me.
Any other motorcycle riders going to the HERF care to join Marco and me for a ride on Saturday morning? Post or PM me.
Beautiful. I have a WOAM sitting in the humi waiting for the right moment. I was too busy on the bike yesterday to stop and smoke, but I think that WOAM may meet its demise tomorrow morning.
I'm a Google whore and didn't have much luck with the searches on this site or Google proper. Also, my newfound extra free time has led to long hours on this site looking around, resisting the urge to post to old, interesting threads, and just a general sucking up of knowledge. But, of course...
Great, come join us, your legs are going to be mighty tired!!!
I'm ok with the park. Its about a 45 minute ride for me to get there, and I'm not an early riser myself. Is 11 too early for you? I figure that gives us 2 hours to make our way to Mahogs.
I'm searching for the perfect small smoke for morning coffee. Time/size seems to be a very imperfect science. Judging by things I've read, I'm a 'slow' smoker. A Shark took me over 2 hours, and a standard ~5x50 will take me a solid 90 minutes. I'm looking for some guidance, suggestions, etc...
Yesterday:
Oliva Serie G Special G in the morning (wasn't impressed, but good bang for the buck)
Fuente Chateau Rothschild Maduro in the evening.
Today:
Partagas Short with coffee earlier. Started out very spicy, but mellowed out, ended up wit a 1/2 inch nub.
