    CAO Mx2 Robusto

CAO's are becoming my "go to" smoke and I love everything they are producing. You will be hard pressed to find a better smoke for the money. Haven't tried their MX2 line, but it's on my list......great review!

    CA's Top 25 of 2010

I think for the money, CAO is making some delicious smokes and I'm glad one of their 5 dollar cigars made the top 15......I have a few in the humidor that I will get around to smoking. I've smoked the Oliva Serie V Maduro (#19) and it was fantastic and worth every penny!

    Testing Analog Hygrometer

If you are already using your digital, why do you even care about what your mercurial analog hygrometer says? It's going to be difficult to create a good seal in your humidor, but as Tillers eluded to, finding a piece of thin wood or cardboard to tape over the hole might do the trick for short...

    CA's Top 25 of 2010

That's awesome! Cigars are like wine, in that you can find an awesome tasting 90+ point cigar for five bucks or a killer tasting bottle of wine for 20 bucks that rivals the best in the world. Just look at how many 4-6 dollar cigars there are on this list........it's great!

    1st Padron 1964

Exact reason why I use a punch cutter, greater margin for error. As most have eluded to, smoking a cigar that has been shipped in different climates and temperatures right away is a huge mistake. It really helps to have a humidor filled with enough smokes that you can always save new shipments...

    My igloodor

I wonder if anyone in here has noticed flavor differences between a traditional cedar lined humidor to a plastic cooler? If not, whey even bother with a traditional humidor?

    Newb Storage Question

Putting cigars in my humidor to even out, and achieving optimal humidification is like putting a nice wine in a decanter for several hours before drinking......it's a must if you want to enjoy all the flavor profiles and truly appreciate the complexity

One of the worst things a BOTL could ever face...

Sorry for your loss! Even though I punch 90% of my cigars, it's nice to have a traditional cutter you can always count on.

New to cigars, my first purchase any good?

I've smoked most of those on your list, and that is a great sampler to start out with (couple of those are 90 pointers I believe). Cigars are like wine, they get better with age and there are awesome tasting cigars in all price ranges!

    How stupid can someone be

EBAY is a bottomless pit; for all the great deals and items you find that are legit, there are several more that are inredulous and a complete joke. I can count on one hand how many items I have purchased from EBAY over the last 20 years.
