Wow. As luck would have it I had one of those this morning. And you're dead on about the 2nd half being rather bland compared to the first. I did find that it burned nearly perfectly however.
Like you, I usually have a hard time with cigars that have too much pepper (601 Green for example) but this one had just enough to be flavourful but without it being overwhelming. I would recommend it.

Thanks everyone. I do agree that pictures make a difference. It gives an idea of what the cigar looks like and, if you like what the reviewer said about a cigar, you know what to look for when searching it out -- especially obscure cigars.
