Somewhat unfortunate news, but I mis-smoked the Michael (has a black band) thinking it was a Tat black a week ago and mistakenly listed the Chuck as the Michael. Not having any notes on the one Michael that I smoked, I will have to smoke the other Michael with nothing to compare it too...

1/3: Black pepper spice with muted cayenne pepper.
2/3: Charred steak with pepper corn crust and a little bit of wheat on the after taste.
3/3: More charred steak with the pepper...
Finally, a proper robusto.
1/3: Salty steak. Throw in some pepper.
2/3: More salty steak with pepper.
3/3: More, more salty steak with some pepper.
Final thoughts: The most consistent thus far, flavor wise. Can't wait to see what the 2024 version is like.
