The weatherman is forecasting cold weather, and so I fished this Thanksgiving ham bone out of the freezer. Simmered for about three hours with a whole diced onion and a bit of brown sugar - until the meat fell off. Cleaned it all up and added Great Northern dried beans for another couple of hours.

Arturo Fuente Reserva Don Carlos. A nice, smooth, medium-ish, and quite tasty Dominican, with a Cameroon wrapper. @CigarStone is a dick, because he sent me one of these last September - and now I have blown my December motorcycle budget on a BOX of these ! Thanks a lot Jeff !!!

La Gloria Cubana Estelli - Not to be confused with the Estelli "R", which is a different blend, and stronger. Medium-Full, and a nice stick.

It was Sunday, and the cycle shops were closed. And yes, that was from mileage. It was sporting a Shinko 777 tire. Well known for being "sticky", and short lived. I regularly change those for a cheap-ass friend of mine, and he never brings the bike until at least two layers of cord is showing.

Oct '23 Victor Sinclair Fumas (Lonsdale). A mixed filler Dominican, with an Maduro wrapper. At less than $1 (on sale), these are nearly the cheapest sticks in the collection, but they're tasty ! More than a year in the humidor has improved the smokeability. You know you want one.
