I've always wanted a Wrangler especially growing up in a rural area of OH/WV. Well, I find myself going through a divorce (Christ I got Married Pass was a success, coming soon...The Sh*t I'm getting divorced pass). It isn't fun, but I convinced Laura to allow me to get a Jeep without paperwork...
Great choices. I adore the La Palina lines and the Goldies have all be spectacular. I only have one box of the No. 5's left but they are down for a long nap. I think all of the lines have great aging potential if I'd just keep my damn fingers out of the boxes.
I had a Tat Double D...
Enjoyed the review. I had a few each of two of the vitolas (can't remember which ones). I thought they were enjoyable and a slight departure from the normal Fuente profile, but for the price I wouldn't be running out for a box.
This is my favorite Cuban DC right behind the SLR DC. After 5-6 years both are stupendous.
I had a T52 robusto last night that was so spot on I grabbed a second and lit it up.
I've been impressed by every Mag R I've had.
I've been on a kick with the LFD's lately. Had the last Mysterio from a box I got from J. Schwartz when they were first released. Wow is all I have to say. Smoked both an LFD and LG Limitado 5 and small batch 5 respectively. Both had the...
Had a Arturo Fuente Don Arturo Aniversario Destino al Siglo Double Robusto last evening. I am a Fuente fan, though generally in short spurts, but this was just a horrible cigar. It started like a mellow Opus X and about an inch in lost all of its strength and the most cloying sourness set it. ...
I don't see how this is any different than vendors offering deals on things like Opus that are already well above MSRP. There should never be gouging amongst the brothers here, but this is a thread for commercial sellers who are out to make a profit. If they weren't they wouldn't be in...
I'm not sure you could compare them. They all have their own flavor profile and the Dipl's are no different. I will say they are more consistent than the BBF's and Monte's but not as complex as the PSP2 or (some) Monte' 2's. I think they hit a solid medium across the spectrum with a pinch more...
Coventry Cat turned me onto these years ago. If you can't find them with at least 3+ years of age on them, you are wasting your time. They are similar to the Rafael Gonzalez line (the loss of the Coronas Extra in this line was a travesty). Young they are a real crap shoot. With age they...
Had a Tower cigars kinda day. Started with a Cohete 2013, then a Chaveta CG for a lunch, and finished off with a Viaje Tower 45th. All of them were wonderful. Yeah Mark!
