    Char-Griller Owners

    I've got a char-griller, but don't use the firebox. It's big enough for me to smoke a turkey as it is, didn't see the need to get the firebox.

    I added a bottle of Cognac and 2 bottles of port. It's hard to keep enough variety on hand because you never know when someone's going to ask you if you have something weird.

    Aging Liqour

    I'm not sure, but fermented alcohol can be aged & conditioned in a bottle (beer & wine) but can not age distilled alcohol in a bottle. I just finished up a big glass of ron z, so my thinking is slightly impared, but that's my take on it.

    Do any of you actually prefer to keep your smokes under 60%?

    My cab is running between 58% and 62% and the cigars are fine. I might bump it up a little in the spring so the ligero gets a bit more moisture so they are not as strong though.

    Is it any wonder USPS is having problems?

    I fuggin hate USPS right now. Lost 3 packages and 2 checks were late, but thanks to them putting the date when they cancelled the stamp saved my arse.
