I recall smoking this cigar and finding that it had a STRONG coffee flavor. Enjoyable, one-dimensional, smoke. Can't find it anymore though. Anyone try these? Any idea where to get them??
Hey guys, heres the newest Joe Cigar deal. I've never tried Gran Habanos though I've been curious. Any input on this one:

Hey all. I'm semi-new to the Cuban cigar world. With that said, should I be on the look out for different leaf fermentation (natural vs. maduro) or other cigar "types"? I know that maduros exist in the ISOM world but I rarely seem to hear about it minus the new Cohiba Maduro. Are there other...
Good evening everyone,
I think everyone here agrees that high 70's (temperature) is an open invitation for beetles. But what about lower temperatures? How do cigars react at say 35F degrees Fahrenheit?

Hello everyone!
I'm currently working on a project for which I need some photos of moldy cigars and blooming cigars. Well, the last two cigars of mine that sprung mold I smoked (wasn't thinking ahead lol...). And I haven't had any bloom.

Rod,
It would be my absolute pleasure to support forum sponsors and I do so with every ISOM purchase I make. But which sponsor has less then box prices on the cigars I listed, at the quantities I listed?
Look, JoeCigar.com isn't just shelling out old inventory. Thats part of it but in my...

I really doubt its the MSRP that sucks people in. At least its not for me. Perdomo Vintage 91 @ $3.00 a stick... Rocky Patel Fusion @ $2.50 a stick... Camacho 1962 @ $2.50 a stick. These aren't bad cigars and furthermore, I don't have the pockets to buy a whole box. These 10-20 packs at...
Guys, if your anything like me, this website is both a blessing and a curse! For the sake of my wallet it should be banned from the web! I find my self buying something at least once a week. Anyone else in the same boat?
Thank you for the offer Jlada, but I believe I can just head over to my local bookstores with all these recommendations. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on "dummies guide..." as it seems to have a lot of info on cigar history/growth and possibly even on the leaves themselves. Should be...
Hey all,
I believe that I have a strong grasp on the practical aspects of smoking cigars. How to light, how to store, etc. I know that stuff well enough. On the other hand, with things like leaf type, history, soil/environment, cubans, etc. I have little knowledge. Is there a book out there...
