Spice, leather, oak, a bit of pepper in the smooth retro. On the light side of medium.
Adding in some lemony tang in the middle third.
I'm really enjoying this one. Nice flavors, interesting complexity, good balance with no one thing overpowering the rest.
Crowned Heads Coroneta Maduro Earl from the PIF. Pretty good - earth, leather, cocoa, smooth retro, lots of flavor, medium+ body. Very "cigarry" if that makes sense.

Monster Smash Hyde. Redemption after the Eisenhower Tunnel inside last night's Jekyll.
Starts out as a pepper bomb with some tanginess. Once the pepper calms down (but it's still there) there's an almost meaty, chewy thing going on, with sourness and charred wood in the retro. Probably pretty...

Hard to tell in the pics with no depth perception, but I feel like that tunnel runs all the way back to the band. When I look down it, it's so deep I'm almost surprised I can't see light coming in the other...

Strength is full+ on this thing, wow! It smacks you in the face right from the start with major earth, spice, hot red pepper.
Some wood and dark roast coffee join in the middle third, but earth and red pepper definitely stay at the fore.
