DT&T 'Polpetta' and coffee. Seriously good smokes. Smokes much like a bigger DT&T stick, flavor wise. Great smokes..

From what I've seen....honestly, it could take months. My cabinet goes through ambient temp changes, temp changes when the pelt coolers kick on, etc and of course RH goes up or down right along with it. I've found as long as I'm somewhere in the 65% ballpark, alls well. FWIW.....best of luck...!!
