I have a local that does this every so often with Eagle Rare 10. Once he picks which barrel he wants they bottle everything with what appears to be a standard ER 10 label. They ship him all of the bottles along with the barrel which I believe is his to keep.

I need to open my bottle of Grouse 18 but I have so many open bottles it worries me. Nice problem to have I suppose.

Thanks for doing this for as long as you did.   Do you think this will have any impact on scotch sold here in the US? I had a local B&M tell me they were having problems getting scotch this year. 

I have nothing from Duncan Taylor in my little collection. I did buy a 50 year old bottle from Gordon and Macphail that I really like.    I see your post is about a month old. Did you end up buying one?
