    Cigar Mold

Green isn't a problem for me, its just a novice noticing things and making sure it isn't a pro lem. I have no grudge against the color green 😀 Wow. Mold spreads fast. Hard to believe it can spread so far from one cigar. In cellophane!

    Cigar Mold

Oh wow. Yeah, lots of white dots there. Ok, cool. That helps clear things up. If I can't budge it, it's probably ok to smoke. And green isn't usually a mold color for cigars. Learned a lot today between all of you guys and google 😀

    Cigar Mold

So generally, regardless of where the mold is located, it can be wiped off and removed? I won't typically run into a mold that can't be wiped off?

    Cigar Mold

I actually just received my silver in the mail today. Can cigar mold be wiped off completely or maybe scraped off? If it does wipe off, could that mean it's probably not mold? I can't wipe it off and when I scratch it with my fingernail it doesn't come off either.

    Cigar Mold

ok, so you wouldn't have any problem smoking that cigar? Also, can mold be wiped off mostly, or completely? It's not ingrained into the wrapper at all?

The pic is a bit blurry. It is not fuzzy though it looks like it might be.

    Cigar Mold

I've search Google and looked for pics, but I can't find the answer to my question. I've found some green(ish) spot(s) on a few cigar wrappers. All the same cigar. My question is this: can cigar mold be wiped off or scraped off? Can it be "in" The cigar wrapper, like part of the wrapper? I've...

    Todays cigar pricing

Yeah, I feel that pain every time I go to the shop down the street from me. I try to throw local, and small, business, business, so they can stay afloat. I don't want to see everything disappear, but Cali is making it harder and harder to do with tax, after tax.

    Travel humidor sale

I recently bought a travel case. I didn't read very many good reviews about Xikar, or Cigar Caddy, or another one, name escapes me right now. I did find one that seemed to get really good reviews. Supposedly, it is made in America, veteran owned. I didn't look it up to prove that, but honestly...

    Having trouble lighting a cigar

I second the PerfecDraw tool. I recently bought one, and it works wonders on tight draw cigars.

    Happy Thread

This is a great forum post. Didn't even know this existed. Great idea. I celebrated 21 years of marriage to my wife a couple weeks ago. I feel like that is a big milestone. My dad has pancreatic cancer. We found out a few months ago. Very aggressive. it was also wrapped around a major artery...

What do you think of that Wild Turkey Longbranch? I remember when that was released, I was really looking forward to trying a bottle. Then I started reading some pretty bad reviews. I was scared off from giving it a try. Didn't want to waste my money.

What Whiskey, Rum or Cognac are you drinking today.

I've been afraid to buy it and give it a try. I actually thought it was a store brand at first. Something about it just makes me think that it's a cheap bourbon trying to pass itself off as a premium. A lot of bourbons seem to have jumped on the wagon of being a "premium" bourbon, but it's just...

Yeah. Like I said, it's not a scotch for all scotch drinkers. It has some real briny flavors that appear and once it get a little water in it a lot of the other flavors open up. I love it.

I'm a scotch guy, and bourbon. My go to scotch is Ardbeg Ten Year Old Single Malt. That scotch has such a great flavor. Although, I would say it's not for every scotch drinker.

    Ashtray Suggestions

I actually broke down and bought a couple cigar rests. One is a vintage brass cigar rest/ashtray. It's actually pretty heavy and sturdy. I like it. The other is just a metal cigar rest that breaks down for easy carry.
