Not as slow as me. I didn't see it until Golfgar mentioned "ash." Up to that point I thought the ash was a stone wedged between the blocks. Now I don't know how I missed it.
Sorry for the delayed reply. I've tried Backslide's method in the past with limited success. What I have been having success with is using a 6" long, 1/16" drill bit that I hand turn thru the cigar. The 16th inch bit is small enough that it's easy to keep centered and goes though fairly easily...
I bought about 15 boxes of these during the sale and have been smoking them daily. I've noticed and inordinate number of them are tight, has anybody else experienced this? The silver lining is that I've developed a method of improving the draw that is +/-75% effective.

MM, I am a dedicated follower of read more and post less. It's odd that your post here has made the list of topics that I respond to. What has piqued my interest is your use of hundredths in proportions. As an engineer I get accused of "designing with a micrometer, when it's built with a...
Hmmm? Golfgar I'm having a hard time interpreting your response into a cigar wish? I see all the letters for Gurkha in your post...is that what your looking for?
Bri, the package arrived today... there's only one problem, I think the cigar reproduced in transit. Thanks for making my wish come true and your generosity. I'll start on these tomorrow night during my Dexter binge.
